Before You Schedule
Our standard service call fee is $125 and is mandatory. For multiple appliances in the same home, the service call fee is $185.
In-Person Diagnosis Only
All appliance diagnostics are performed in person. We do not diagnose appliance problems over the phone or through messages.
Appointment Windows
Appointments are scheduled in 2-hour windows to allow enough time for proper inspection and service.
Example appointment windows:
8 AM – 10 AM
10 AM – 12 PM
12 PM – 2 PM
2 PM – 4 PM
