Service Call Information
Our standard service call fee is $125 and is mandatory. For multiple appliances in one home, the service call fee is $185.
Appointments are scheduled in 2-hour windows, such as 8 AM – 10 AM or 1 PM – 3 PM, to allow enough time for proper diagnosis and service.
All appliance diagnostics are performed in person. We do not diagnose appliance problems over the phone or through messages.

Fix It Doc LLC services many of the industry’s leading appliance brands. If your appliance brand is not listed, feel free to contact us to confirm service availability. Warranty repair available for select brands including GE, Frigidaire, and Electrolux.
